Pharmacy Music kicks off the New Year with Destination Threshold, a banging new release from Kundalini following up on his chart topping No Name Yet / Hidden EP from last year. Kundalini is the psy trance project of Nikolay Sabchev from Bulgaria. With more than a decade of experience producing and DJing, he has an ear for what works on a dark dance floor.
Destination Threshold has a pumping rolling baseline with wicked gated acid lines intertwining to full trance effect. The track really kicks in after the drop when the ultra trippy vocal samples start swirling around your head.
Astro-D is a pioneer of the Athens, Greece, electronic music scene beginning his DJ career DJing in the early 90’s when he first became excited by the Goa sound. Astro-D takes the track much darker and dirtier with a sinister twist on his remix of Destination Threshold. Astro-D’s mix is serious heads down psy trance for those moments when your feet are planted to the ground and all you know is the music.
