Orjan Nilsen comes forth with highly-anticipated single: ‘The Hardest Part’ (feat. Rykka)
Ørjan Nilsen has been among the finest producers in the dance music game and he continues to prove his worth as he drops his new single. ‘The Hardest Part’, highly-anticipated since its premiere at the mainstage of A State Of Trance 800 Utrecht, was released today on Armind and features singer-songwriter Rykka, who represented Switzerland at last year’s edition of the Eurovision Song Contest.
Easily one of Ørjan Nilsen’s most magical and heartfelt compositions yet, ‘The Hardest Part’ is where power and emotion form a gorgeous twister of sound. Adorned by Rykka’s captivating vocals, this soul-nourishing record proves unforgettable from its first tone to the last and can only leave listeners wanting more, as it has already done as one of the tracks included on Armin van Buuren’s ‘A State Of Trance 2017’ mix album.
A long-time Armada Music signee, Ørjan Nilsen is one of Trance’s most well-known and consistent DJ/producers. He started working with the Amsterdam-based record label in 2006 with breakthrough track ‘Red Woods’ (under his DJ Governor alias) and has been churning out iconic Trance tracks since, such as ‘La Guitarra’ in 2008, debut album ‘In My Opinion’ in 2011 and, more recently, ‘Iconic’, one of the absolutely highlights of Armin van Buuren’s ‘A State Of Trance 2016’ mix album. It is clear that Ørjan Nilsen is a master of his craft and ‘The Hardest Part’ serves as a testament to just that.
