Various Artists presents Remixes Collection EP2 on Summer Melody Records
Continuing with a roster of great releases, we would like to present our second collection of new single remixes for various tracks from our label, including 6 remixes from previous label contributors PoLYED, Numedian and 8 P.M, as well as our talented debutants No-No, Jeef B and Deni Sunrise.
As Summer Melody has dipped into the realm of deep progressive, we have another deep progressive veteran No-No joining the label, with his remix on IPeiqi’s Rolling Hoping (from Summer Melodies Vol.2). Stacking with layers of melodies, chord and pads, the tribal-hinted atmosphere scatters across, provides with mythical yet soothing sensation. Another veteran Jeef B also provides a different take to the original of Lepo’s Running, the spacious soundscape pairs with the solid bassline, flips the original to a more darker universe.
PoLYED returns to Summer Melody with another take of Dim Val Pol’s Light Breeze, simple structure and sounds provides a remarkable atmosphere and soothing breeze to the original. Numedian also returns with his balearic senses into this beautiful remix of Fair Enough from Skyline Project (from Summer Melodies Vol.3), the tight rolling bassline pairs with nicely polished vocal chops and guitar and piano melodies, bringing back the summer feelings to the cold winter.
Our third debut comes from a newcomer yet who has some promising sounds, Deni Sunrise. Delicate melodic progressions remains yet delivers lush sounds at the same time. His remix on Dim Val Pol’s Magical Summer was totally built by himself and reflorished with the original melodies. He is a talented producer need to be focused in the new year of 2020. Last but definitely not the least, we have 8 P.M provides a trance take of Secret Garden’s April Lies (also from Summer Melodies Vol.2), as this widens the spectrum of progressive on Summer Melody. Upbeat tempo and heavy bassline highlights the original chords of April Lies, brings up the high energy on our bodies all at once.
