Smart Wave presents Visare on Summer Melody Records

We welcome back Romania-based producer Smart Wave, with this deep progressive track Visare. This release also sees the debut from Germany-based Databass, as well as the return of US-based Bockoven.

With the name as Visare, or “dreaming” in Romanian, this track delivers another melancholic and mesmerizing mood, as well as pairing the vocals describing the dream state that delivered and reflected in the melodies and minor tones.

This mood was later deepened with the dark progressive approach from Databass. Having releases on Emergent Textures, we have been looking forward to see the debut of this talented producer on the label, and this remix does deliver and slightly surpass the original. The more texturized vocal treatment and bassline, nearly engulfed with the view of a nightmare and unpleasant feels, yet without losing the melodic goodness from the original.

With another approach, Bockoven delivers a more club-oriented and simpler variation of the original. This remix compressed the essence of the minor tones, broke the original vocal into multiple chunks, and prolonged with a progressive vibes from the original on a new level.
