Andrew Frenir presents Nobody Like You (Skua Remix) on Summer Melody Records
Included into Part 2 of our ½ Decade: A 5-Year Retrospective compilation as an exclusive remix, we would be having the remixes showcased in full. Ending the reworks showcase with the wonderful rework by Skua, on Andrew Frenir’s Nobody Like You.
As a label highlight previously, Andrew Frenir’s upbeat melodic track Nobody Like You was released on Summer Melodies Vol.4 on January 2020, and with prog-trance remixes by T Davids and Vincent Zauhar on October the same year. Delivering another approach to the original, we welcome back label co-owner of Emergent Music, Skua on the remix, who has been releasing on PHW, Perplexity, Synth Collective, Soluna and Monstercat Silk, and appeared on Summer Melody previously. Skua’s remix is an atmospheric style of melodic house, and extracting the open and free feeling of the original, slightly reconstructed the melody and infused into the whole remix with his own style.
