Labels such as Afterlife, Domino, Ninjatune, Kompakt and Anjunadeep are already hosting BBC Radio 1’s ‘Wind Down’ program on rotation, and as of today, Armada Electronic Elements is proudly joining the other top table imprints in hosting the leading U.K. broadcasting station’s late-night “chilled” show. With Maxim Lany taking the reins of Armada Electronic Elements’ first monthly recurring showcase, BBC Radio 1’s “Wind Down” listeners are soon to get acquainted with the sound of the label and its artists.

Slotted in after the world-renowned Essential Mix, the first Armada Electronic Elements showcase during “Wind Down” will be airing this Saturday from 4 a.m. U.K. time. For the five remaining showcases of the six-month program, exclusively signed artists such as Kidnap and Pablo Nouvelle may be amongst the ones filling out the six-month program, thus providing listeners with all ingredients required for a particularly captivating late-night wind-down.

Jurrien Romeijn, A&R manager Armada Electronic Elements: “BBC Radio 1 has always been one of my go-to media to discover new tracks. Combining this with the fact that the show’s already been hosted by all of these legendary labels, I’m super proud so say that we are now part of this with Armada Electronic Elements. It’s a great way for us to show the world what we do and to offer the spotlight to the amazing artists we represent.”
