The Mexican musical maestros, Carlos Martz & Yisus Madrid team up to bring Trancespired a lethal dose of Tech-Trance in “The Witch”. The intro builds nicely before slamming into a powerfuly rolling bass and thumping kicks. Some vocal samples add to the mix and then the crunching acid enters the scene luring you in and carrying you up to the break. The break starts off light with a great little melodic lead progressing to an awesome stab riff which helps heighten the tension before the drop which will ensue frenzy on the dancefloors around the globe.
For the remix, duties are handed to Distant Identity and Joel does a fantastic job, giving the track a slightly psy-trance/hard trance feel. Great atmospheric intro with the vox used to great effect and the addition of extra FX and melodies all leading up perfectly to the break. Taking a different direction than the original, Joel has a more melodic break with strings and a lovely lead building up to a slamming drop using the motif of the original. A second break is introduced before progressing to a secondary banging drop. Bursting with energy, make sure to check this out too.
