DJ Ten presents Apollo on Trancespired Recordings
Label boss, DJ Ten, finally finds the time amid label-duties to produce this belter. “Apollo” is inspired by the 50th anniversary of the moon landings and being a self-confessed ‘space-nut’, he decided a moon-inspired track was to be his next production. Much harder-edged than his previous outings, “Apollo” is a frantic tech-trance affair. The intro section is laden with quirky FX fills, thumping kicks, acid & tough riffs, building up nicely to the melodic break. The drop continues with the melody and keeps the energy levels high before the tough-edged outro takes over. It might have taken some time for DJ Ten to produce a follow-up to last year’s “Butterfly” but we feel it is definitely worth the wait.
For those wishing a less techy approach, we include a wonderful hard-edged remix by Nth Factor. Sam keeps the pace high with this solid production and the energy levels are set to maximum with pounding kicks, fantastic basslines and FX carrying you up to the wonderfully melodic break. The leads take you to an extended JFK speech section before the leads build the break up in anticipation of the fantastic drop. The drop demands and grabs your attention with its high-octane power guaranteed to set the harder floors alight.
For those who like their trance a bit tougher, this release is simply for you whether you believe the moon landings or not!
