Greg Thomas presents Absence & Infinite on Create Music / Black Hole Recordings

LA-based Greg Thomas makes his Create Strobe debut with ‘Abscence’ & ‘Infinite’. ‘Abscence’ is high energy peak-time action with a grooved rolling bassline, blistering acid lines and crisp percussion. The overall feel is menacing and this flows into the breakdown where the dark theme continues through big saw chords backed up by an energetic breakbeat. The pre-drop build is epic, as is the drop itself which is based around an acidic melody line. The second track, ‘Infinite’ is also an energetic peak-timer with huge chords stabs and teasing trance melodies. The breakdown is based around a retro-style trance melody, the drop hammers the melody home in all it’s power-glory. A debut EP not to be missed from Greg Thomas!
