Staying true to the spirit of the original vocal performance by McLachlan but adding her own unmistakable idiosyncrasies, Cari makes the song her own – and Roman Messer provides a competently produced instrumental to carry her voice and make it shine among his synths. He has already teased this version of ‘Silence’ in his live sets over the past few months, sparking the curiosity of ID enthusiasts worldwide, and now time has come to lift the veil.
